So, I've got an old oven controller and I was wondering if I could use its parts to make a digital clock. My knowledge of electronics is not very advanced and the oven controller has a built-in clock that I could use if I could find out which components are the ones for the clock. I'd like to extract them to make it smaller and battery powered instead of using the original controller voltage and a power cord. Just a fun project to learn about electronics.
I've looked on the web but a lot of people use Arduino for their projects and others make it too complex for my level.
Has anyone done this before?
The model of the controller I have is "ELECTROLUX ES-100/105".
